Major weather conditions affect NGOs

An idea is nice, but not always and not everything in it
People who produce ideas are always welcomed in the society - if they do not bother too much!
They enrich life and help to have hopes!
Hopes have to be put into action, where the problems begin.
-The look back may be good for explaining, but is not the solution for the present.
- Looking into the future is also not a solution, because we live in the present.
What should be done in the situation? For that the society produces rules.
- always with reasons, perhaps with good intentions. And the society allows research, with the latest methods, but often without experience with the factors.
In addition, there is another fundamental problem: We see what we can and want to see. It corresponds to our ideas and expectationswhich do not consider any utterly new direction of thought, because: where are these thoughts supposed to come from?
The above mentioned rules are usually created at the office table, mostly by well-meaning people, However, they lack practical experience and also the view of the whole situation.
Even if now seemingly feasible solutions may become available, their success is always dependent upon the weather conditions; i.e. the political circumstances. The reasons have the time factor as burden. There are always reasons, mostly speculative and irrational.Interestingly, these reasons correspond mostly to individual and private problems, based on traditions, which offer a mixture of excuses for activity and non-activity.
Thus, a willing and active source of ideas usually stands in the proverbial rain and is damned to inactivity. This is especially true when only the interest of general public is involved. Organizations and individuals join in only when they have a benefit. Purposeful action and action is always short-term, short-sighted and materialistically oriented.
In spite of all this, there is reason for reflection and action ...
